Eggless semolina Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Semolina / Sooji Fine
  • 1/4 cup Refined Flour / Maida
  • 3/4 cup Whole Milk / Doodh
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt / Dahi
  • 1/2 cup Sugar / Chini
  • 1/3 cup mixed nuts
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • pinch of Salt / Namak

Instructions

  • In a bowl add semolina, refined flour, cooking oil,yogurt, milk ,chopped nuts and vanilla essence and stir well.
  • Preheat the airfryer for 10 minutes at 200 temp.
  • The batter should be of pouring consistency ,can add some more milk if needed.
  • Preheat the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 temp.
  • After 10 minutes add baking powder and baking soda in the mixture .Pour the mixture in the silicon muffin cupes till 3/4 in volume.
  • Put the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes at 160 temp.
  • Insert a toothpick if it come out clean then its done else cook further for 5 minutes.
  • let it rest in the airfryer for 10 minutes.
  • Take out cupcakes from the airfryer,unmold and serve.

Notes

Note-
  1. Can add 1-2 tbsp more sugar as per your taste.
  2. Can add tutti frutti instead of nuts.
