Eggless semolina Cupcakes
Semolina cup cakes in Euron air fryer

- 1 cup Semolina / Sooji Fine
- 1/4 cup Refined Flour / Maida
- 3/4 cup Whole Milk / Doodh
- 1/2 cup Yogurt / Dahi
- 1/2 cup Sugar / Chini
- 1/3 cup mixed nuts
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- pinch of Salt / Namak
In a bowl add semolina, refined flour, cooking oil,yogurt, milk ,chopped nuts and vanilla essence and stir well.
Preheat the airfryer for 10 minutes at 200 temp.
The batter should be of pouring consistency ,can add some more milk if needed.
Preheat the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180 temp.
After 10 minutes add baking powder and baking soda in the mixture .Pour the mixture in the silicon muffin cupes till 3/4 in volume.
Put the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes at 160 temp.
Insert a toothpick if it come out clean then its done else cook further for 5 minutes.
let it rest in the airfryer for 10 minutes.
Take out cupcakes from the airfryer,unmold and serve.
- Can add 1-2 tbsp more sugar as per your taste.
- Can add tutti frutti instead of nuts.
