1- If you don't have time to wait then can directly deep fry after slicing,drying for some time reduce the frying time and give best results.
2- Use yellow corn meal which is used to make makki ki roti (don't get confused with corn flour,both are different)
3- Oven roasting
- Brush with little oil and spread in a single layer in the baking tray ,bake on 180 degree for 10-12 minutes and then turn the side and bake again.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a paper napkin and cook till they become crisp.
5- Can sprinkle some paprika, oregano,cheese or mix herbs after frying.
