Instructions
Take a bowl add curd and whisk well (add little water if it is too thick)
Mix grated ginger, mint leaves and all the spices and sugar in the curd.
Peel and chop banana into thin roundels and add in the yogurt.
Mix gently and serve chilled.
Serving suggestions-serve as a side dish or as a dip.
Notes
Note- If you don't like the taste of mustard powder then can add roasted cumin powder instead
