How to Make Bhindi Masala
Tangy delicious okra stir fried with tomato and basic spices
Green Chili /hari Mirch
Red Chili Powder
Mango Powder/ Amchor
Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
Wash and wipe okra with a kitchen towel and then make a slit in between and chop into two big pieces.
Chop tomato and green chills and grate the ginger.
Heat oil in a pan ,add cumin,when it crackle then add green chillis ,stir for a while then add chopped tomatos and salt.cover and cook for 1 minute.
When tomato become soft ,add all the spices except mango powder,stir for 1/2 minute then add chopped lady finger's ,mix well and cover with a lid and cook on slow heat till done(approx 5-8 minutes).
When done add mango powder or 1 t.s lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot with roti, paranthas aur rice
you can deep fry the ladyfinger's and then add to the fried masala ,cover and cook for 2 minutes
