Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients( except eno)
Add water and make a semi thick batter of coating consistency, like you make for besan pakoras/fritters
Keep aside for 10 minutes,add more water if it become thick.
You can add red chilli powder instead of green chilli paste
Take oil in a small pan,add musturd seeds,pinch of asafoetida,curry leaves
When seed start crackling ,switch of the flame and add 2 tbls of water in it and then add this to the semolina mixture ,mix well
Heat 2 glasses of water in the steamer,and grease the plates.
when water start boiling in the steamer then add eno in the batter and mix well.
Pour the batter in the greased plate of steamer and steam for 10 minutes on high heat.
Then switch off the gas,and take out the plate from the steamer after 5 minutes.
Let it cool down for 5 minutes,and cut into pieces
Arrange in a serving platter and garnish with green coriander and fresh coconut.
Serve with mint chutney
