Mildly spiced potato ,pressed rice and pea pattice
INGREDIENTS-
- Poha-1 1/2 cup
- Boiled potatoes-3
- Semolina-4 tbls
- Ginger grated-1 t.s
- Green chilli chopped-3
- Lemon juice-1 tbls
- Green coriender-1tbls
- Salt-to taste
PROCEDURE-
- Soak poha in water for half an hour,then squeeze and take in a bowl
- Add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Grease your palm with oil and shape into cutlets and roll in dry semolina
- Deep or shallow fry in hot oil,
- Serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney
