Moong sprouts

Instructions
Boil or steam moong sprouts till 90% done, drain and keep aside,
Now take the mixer jar and add chana powder, moong sprouts, potato , lemon juice,chopped coriander and chillies and all the spices,
Crush roughly in the mixer,shape into pattice and shallow fry in hot oil
Serve with mint chutney and tomato ketchup
Notes
NOTE-
If you don’t have roasted chana powder then use bread crumbs
