Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Yogurt / Dahi
  • 1 Ripe Mango / Aam
  • 10 Fresh Mint / Hara Pudina
  • 2 tbsp mango pulp
  • Pinch of Black Salt / Kala Namak
  • 1/3 tsp Red Chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
  • To taste Salt / Namak
  • 1/3 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar / Chini

Instructions

  • Peel and chop mango into small pieces.
  • Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth.
  • Add all the spices and mint in the yogurt and mix it well.
  • Now add the chopped mangoes and mango pulp in it and mix gently.
  • Chill and serve with rice ,roti or as a side dish with your meal
  • Garnish with roasted cumin,chili powder and mint before serving.
