- 1.5 cup Yogurt / Dahi
- 1 Ripe Mango / Aam
- 10 Fresh Mint / Hara Pudina
- 2 tbsp mango pulp
- Pinch of Black Salt / Kala Namak
- 1/3 tsp Red Chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
- To taste Salt / Namak
- 1/3 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar / Chini
Peel and chop mango into small pieces.
Whisk the yogurt to make it smooth.
Add all the spices and mint in the yogurt and mix it well.
Now add the chopped mangoes and mango pulp in it and mix gently.
Chill and serve with rice ,roti or as a side dish with your meal
Garnish with roasted cumin,chili powder and mint before serving.
