Chaas Recipe or Butter Milk recipe,How to make Namkeen Dhungaar Chaas
Chaas- Delicious and digestive summer drink
Servings: 3 people
- 2 cup Yogurt / Dahi
- 3.5 cup Water / Paani
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt / Kala Namak
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder
- to taste Salt / Namak
- 2 tsp Chaas Ka Masala / Buttermilk Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Ice Crushed
In a blender add yogurt and all the spices.
Blend to make it smooth.
Add water and ice and blend again.
Serve in a glass or earthen ware.
Garnish with roasted cumin and mint
