- 1 cup Chick Peas/ Kabuli Chana boiled
- 1/2 cup Pineapple / Annanas chopped
- 3 tbsp Raw Mango / Kachcha Aam chopped
- 3 tbsp corn kernels boiled
- 1/2 cup Cucumber / Kheera / Kakdi chopped
- 1/4 cup Tofu or cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup Pomegranate pearls /Anar ka dana
- 3 tbsp Bell Peppers / Capsicum / Shimla Mirch chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes / Tamatar
- 1/4 cup Fried potato cubes optional
Dressing-
- 12 Mint leaves
- 3 tsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tsp Honey
- 2.5 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/3 tsp Black salt
- 1/2 tsp Chat masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Chop and crush mint leaves and take in a bowl then add all the ingredients of dressing and mix well.
Add all the fruits and vegetables in a big bowl.
Mix in the dressing and chili for 1/2 hour.then serve.
