Kabuli Chana Chat /Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chick Peas/ Kabuli Chana boiled
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple / Annanas chopped
  • 3 tbsp Raw Mango / Kachcha Aam chopped
  • 3 tbsp corn kernels boiled
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber / Kheera / Kakdi chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tofu or cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup Pomegranate pearls /Anar ka dana
  • 3 tbsp Bell Peppers / Capsicum / Shimla Mirch chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes / Tamatar
  • 1/4 cup Fried potato cubes optional

Dressing-

  • 12 Mint leaves
  • 3 tsp Olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp Honey
  • 2.5 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/3 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Chop and crush mint leaves and take in a bowl then add all the ingredients of dressing and mix well.
  • Add all the fruits and vegetables in a big bowl.
  • Mix in the dressing and chili for 1/2 hour.then serve.
