Instructions
Wash the cherries, and remove the stems and seeds
Grind the cherries with 2 tsps of water to make a puree
Whisk curd with all the spices and sugar
Mix puree with yogurt and mix
Serve chilled. It stays fresh for 3 days in the refrigerator. Goes well with chips, bread, or rice.
