Instructions
Wash and peel koosa and chop into medium size pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. when cumin start to crackle add asafoetida and green chilies.
Now add the chopped tomato and stir for a minute.
Add turmeric ,chopped koosa and salt and mix well.
Now add 1/2 cup water and cover and cook till they are almost done.dont over cook.
Now add coriander powder and chili flakes and mix, cover and cook till done.
Now add lemon juice and fresh coriander and mix gently.
Serve hot with roti ,paratha or any bread of your choice.
