- 3 Granny Smith Apples / Green apples
- 1/3 cup Fresh Mint / Hara Pudina
- 1/3 cup Fresh Coriander / Cilantro / Hara Dhaniya
- 2 Green Chillies / Hari Mirch
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder
- To taste Salt / Namak
- 1 tsp Sugar / Chini
- 1 Tsp Lemon juice check notes
Wash and core (remove the seeds from) apples and roughly chop them (peeling the apple skin is totally optional )
Wash and pluck mint leaves and remove the hard stems and roots of coriander. use the tender stems of coriander
Take the blender jar and add everything in the jar and add 2 ice cubes OR 1 tbsp water and grind to make a smooth paste.
Taste the chutney and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Store in a glass jar and keep refrigerated.
Easily Remain fresh for a week, use for sandwiches, snacks or as a side dish with stuffed paratha and daal chawal.

Note-
If you don't have green apples then can also make this with red apples also, just add more lemon juice to balance the taste.
