Apple Mint Chutney- tangy dip made with Fresh green apples , mint  and coriander

I love making chutney, dips and pickles with seasonal fruits and vegetables. I prefer homemade stuff which is made as per your taste preference and are always fresh, Market brought preserves have too much salt and laden with preservatives.

I inherited this passion from my mother and Nani who makes amazing food ,pickle and chutneys. My kids also prefer home cooked food rather than store bought ones.

This green apple chutney I tasted at my friends place and loved in instantly. This is made with few basic ingredients and is very healthy too.

I made it with tart granny smith apples but you can use whichever apples you have at home , just add lemon juice to balance the taste. This apple chutney can be used for sandwiches, as a dip with snacks or just as a side dish with any stuffed paratha or daal chawal . Stays fresh for a week in refrigerator.

Great green chutney recipe – especially since it does not use greens. Very suitable for kidney patients with CKD or on Dialysis. Thank you for sharing.
