- 1 cup Moong sprouts
- 2 Boiled potato mashed
- 3 Green chillies chopped
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder / Elaichi Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp Roasted chana powder
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped-
- 1 tsp Lemon juice-1 t.s
- 1/2 tsp Salt-1/2 t.s
Boil or steam moong sprouts till 90% done, drain and keep aside,
Now take the mixer jar and add chana powder, moong sprouts, potato , lemon juice,chopped coriander and chillies and all the spices,
Crush roughly in the mixer,shape into pattice and shallow fry in hot oil
Serve with mint chutney and tomato ketchup
NOTE-
If you don’t have roasted chana powder then use bread crumbs
