Honey Chili Sauce | Thai Chili Honey Sauce

Honey Chili Sauce- a delicious and easy sauce to use as dip ,marinade of spicy honey

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt / Namak
  • 2.5 tsp Chili flakes /Kuti hui laal mirch
  • 4 Dried red chilies or fresh *
  • 2 tbsp White Vinegar / Sirka

Instructions

  • Chop the dried or fresh red chili into pieces( If fresh or dried whole red chilies are not available then increase the quantity of chili flakes instead)
  • TaKe a sauce pan and add honey, salt, chili flakes and chili pieces in it and simmer till the honey become hot and become slight thin in consistency.no need to boil it
  • Switch off the heat and then add vinegar and mix.
  • Let it come to room temperature and then fill in a sterilized glass bottle.
  • Store at room temperature , it will remain fresh till it last.
  • Use as a dip, spread, marinate, sauce etc on your favourite food or snack.
