Ingredients
1cupHoney
1tspSalt / Namak
2.5tspChili flakes /Kuti hui laal mirch
4Dried red chiliesor fresh *
2tbspWhite Vinegar / Sirka
Instructions
Chop the dried or fresh red chili into pieces( If fresh or dried whole red chilies are not available then increase the quantity of chili flakes instead)
TaKe a sauce pan and add honey, salt, chili flakes and chili pieces in it and simmer till the honey become hot and become slight thin in consistency.no need to boil it
Switch off the heat and then add vinegar and mix.
Let it come to room temperature and then fill in a sterilized glass bottle.
Store at room temperature , it will remain fresh till it last.
Use as a dip, spread, marinate, sauce etc on your favourite food or snack.
