Instructions
Wash and peel radish and chop into pieces.
Wash radish leaves and discard the hard stems and yellow leaves, take only fresh green tender leaves.
Wash and chop tomato, green chili, ginger, fresh coriander and radish leaves.
Take the blender jar and add all the vegetables, spices and few ice cubes and grind to make a fine paste.
Check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
Store in a glass jar and keep refrigerated.
Enjoy with snacks, paratha or daal chawal meal.
Notes
If you don't have fresh coriander then can use only radish leaves.
