Ingredients

Raw papaya/ kachcha papita
grated

Amaranth Flour / Rajgiri Atta
to
taste
Sendha Namak /Rock Salt

Black pepper/kali mirch powder
crushed

Green Chillies / Hari Mirch
chopped

Fresh Coriander / Cilantro / Hara Dhaniya

Instructions
Wash, peel and grate the papaya using a thick grater.
Add salt and keep for 10 minutes.
In the bowl now add green chilies, all the spices and the grated papaya and mix.
now add rajgira aata and mix it well. if you have raw mango then grate and add in it else can add anardana .
Add little water at a time and make a thick batter.
In a deep pan or kadhai heat ghee or oil as per your preference.
Drop spoon ful of batter in the medium hot.dont crowd the pan
After few minutes , turn the sides and fry from both the sides till it become crisp and golden.
Serve hot with curd any tangy chutney of your choice
