Paneer Popcorn- is a quick and easy snack made with cottage cheese

Paneer popcorn  is a best appetizer for parties  as they are crunchy , delicious and quick to make.

For making the coating crispy I have used crushed cornflakes . You can substitute corn flakes with crushed oats or can use bread crumbs.

The recipe can be adjusted as per your preference. You can make it mild for kids or extra spicy for yourself.

I have marinated the paneer cubes in schezwan sauce, some tomato ketchup, few drops of vinegar and chili powder mix. Add the paneer cubes in this mix and marinate for some time.

Instead of using schezwan sauce you can add chili powder, kasoori methi, lemon juice, garam masala and salt. The batter is made using refined flour and little corn flour or rice flour. The marinated cubes are then dipped in the batter and deep fried.

Instead of deep frying you can also make these in an air fryer. Serve these popcorns with green chutney, tomato ketchup or thai chili sauce.
