Ingredients
- 10 grams Balti garam masala
- 15 grams Balti Salt
- 15 grams Black Cardamom / Badi Elaichi
- 10 grams Red Chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
- 4 Green Cardamom / Hari Elaichi
- 3 inch Cinnamon /daalchini
- 2 Star Anise / Phool Chakri
- 15 grams Cloves / Lavang
- 10 grams Dried Ginger / Saunth
- 10 grams Fennel Seeds / Saunf
Instructions
- Dry roast all the spices on low heat till nice aroma comes.
- Cool and grind to a fine powder ,and store in a air tight jar.
