Five Summer Drinks to beat the heat!

Summer is peaking early all around India, and everyone is looking for cooling drinks through the day. Below are six refreshing beverage recipes to beat the summer heat, that you can use as instant refreshments from seasonal fruits and not having to reach out to unhealthy market premixes or soft drinks! These drinks are healthy, made of whole fruits, are very effective coolers, and most importantly – are made by you, so you can control the amount of sugar that your family consumes!

Falsa Sharbat
Delicious drink made of Falsa Berries (also known as Sherbet berries). If you haven't tried these berries - this is the best way to get started!
