Chaat masala- A very fragrant and delicious spice mix for snacks, salads and chats.

Chaat masala is a multi purpose tangy spicy mix which can be used to make different chaats, salads, raita ,fruit salad etc. Though there are so many brands selling chaat masala in the market but nothing can be compared with your own home made masala.
When we make Chaat masala or any masala mix at home we choose best quality ingredients to make it. Hygiene , freshness and quality are guaranteed  in home made spices. They are still very reasonable priced as compered to the store brought ones .So try to make your own spice mixes at home when ever possible.
I have also posted the recipes of making these masalas-
  • Raita Masala
  • Gilouti masala,
  • Idli miligai podi
  • Pickle masala
  • Tea/ Chai ka  masala
  • Masala Milk Powder
  • chaat masala
