Fruit cream- A delicious creamy dessert made with mixed fruits, yogurt and cream

Fruit Cream- is a simple and delicious cream based dessert . It is made using fresh cream, yogurt, seasonal fruits and nuts.

This is a quick and easy to make dessert which need no cooking OR baking. This is amongst the easiest and delicious dessert I make often during summer.

When ever I have plenty of colorful delicious fruits in my refrigerator I usually makes this family favorite dessert. You can add any combination of fruits to make this dessert but try to add different colourful sweet tasting fruits in it.

Mangoes, apple, chikoo, bananas, pear , seedless grapes , cherry, strawberries, berries ,kiwi, pomegranates, dragon fruit, papaya, peaches , custard apples are best choice to add in fruit cream. But sour acidic fruits like oranges , fresh pineapple don’t go with this and neither water melon and melon type strong flavored fruits are good to add in fruit cream.

You can also add sliced nuts of your choice in this Fruit Salad and also use for garnishing . Sliced almonds, cashews and pistachio taste great in it. Cardamom powder , Rose water and saffron can also be added in it to give a royal touch but it depends on personal preference. You can add icing sugar/ castor sugar /Honey / Maple syrup for sweetness as per your preference of taste.
