Kadhai Paneer – Stir fried Cottage cheese and Bell peppers in tangy tomato sauce

Kadhai Paneer -Its among the most popular paneer dishes. Its quite Easy and quick to make recipe  – its basically chunky paneer dish made in a spicy tomato gravy with freshly crushed whole spices. Kadhai paneer is a quick stir fry kind of vegetable . you don’t need to make any curry or gravy to make kadhai paneer.
First you just have to make kadhai masala– for this you have to roast and coarsely grind few spices – coriander seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, pepper corn and kashmiri chili -. Then few tomato slices and capsicum cubes are stir fried slightly in the tempering and then add in the tomato puree and saute add spices and kadhai masala and saute till it release the oil.
Now add capsicum ,tomato cubes and paneer cubes are added in the prepared masala. Then you just have to mix and toss every thing together. Kadhai paneer can be served as a side dish and the leftover can be stuffed in sandwiches and rolls.
